While traveling on US 74/76 my husband and I found a female hound dog 15 miles west of Whiteville, NC. She was standing in an open field near a gas station. She is severely emaciated, broken toenail and has a #2 tatoo on the inside of her left ear. She has a collar with the name Shane Barnhill, but the number on the collar is not available. We are trying to find out if she is lost and needs to be returned.
