Hello Diana, Sorry it took me so long to get to this... I to have been wronged by the Credit Valley Hospital. At the age of 27 my life was changed by the incompetence of several CVH incompetent medical staffers: Ralph Kern, Sam Racanelli, and others I would be glad to name later on a blog I will be prepering. I now since 1993 have had to deal with epilepsy & brain injury caused by overmedication and neglegence that hospital caused me. I had a car accident after being given ativan perscribed by doctors at CVH I suffered right frontal lobe damage to my brain from the accident & right after the accident the medical staff at CVH put me on zoloft and prozac too! no brain check even though I was having epileptic seizures day in and day out at the ER of the CVH. They laughed at me, called me an attention seeker and threw me out, sent me away over and over when I was in distress! ( to say the least)

I finally went to Timmins Hospital and on my first and only visit their!! the meds's they had perscribed to me were immediatley discontinued! a EEG & MRI were done and I was properley diagnosised within hours with temperal lobe epilepsy, just as the ER doctor at the Timmins hospital thought.

I can't get over how terrible and how improperley I was treated, how incompetent the staff of the CVH were! How close they brought me to death by improper medcation etc!! how they stole my life from me, I just can't get over the abuse I suffered by their incompetence!!

How they can be protected and praised for it by the college of physician surgeon's etc.

The mayor of Mississauga McCallion, MPP Snoblen, MP Mahoney etc.

Also how lawyer Kevin E. Kemp can explain his cover up roll in this whole ordeal!! nightmare!!

I have only exposed a little about the "nightmare" they put me through, if anyone wants the horrific details I'd be pleased to share the whole file!!

I thank you for exposing your nightmare as I know it is not easy but we owe it to the upcoming victims! and you know their are others and will be even more if nothing is done by some moral figure out their.

There still doesn’t seem to have been any improvement, in relation to humane, ethical accountability, in the medical profession’s hierarchy. A quote from a newspaper article, today, describes it well; “there's a general culture in hospitals where doctors are always right.....”. There may be some improvement in the future. Let us hope that it is sooner, not later. Good luck!
