I'm considering modelling nude for an art class, but have never done it before and don't know if I'd be able to do it. What were some of your first times like? Do you have any advice for me?

Don't consider or contemplate. Just do it. Phone your local college or art group organiser and tell them. Now is the time to contact them before the start of the academic year.

Practice staying exactly still in a cold room for half a hour a day is the best advice I could give. Go to a local naturist swim this week is another, just for you to get comfortable in your own skin.
