Larry, Wow! Your photo's are jaw dropping. I was re-checking your site after reading one of your posts recently on Ralph Maughns Wildlife News Blog. Then I discovered you are also a nearby neighbor ( I have a river business in Riggins). So, please stop by next time you come through town. I too worked on some bighorn studies many years ago, before guiding, and love hunting with camera as much as a bow.

We were also the first (or one of the first?) outfitters in Idaho to offer wolf trips, in conjunction with our river journeys. Hoping to promote better education amidst a sea of prejudice and mis-representation.

Anyway, love your photos. Again, stop by any time. I'll keep you in mind for future potential wildlife shots we might need.

Hi Larry! Just wanted to see how the rest of your Yellowstone trip went. We headed to the Tetons on the 28th for a quick hike in the snow. After a hot meal and a beer at the SR Brewery in Jackson, the gang decided to head back to The College. We got to see a ton of bighorn, elk, pronghorn, bison, and deer. Unfortunately, we never spotted wolves or bears. Just browsed through some of your AMAZING photos! You must be shooting a huge tele lens for some of those wolf shots huh? Anyway, it was great chatting with you. Nice job on all your photos!

Please remove the two comments I left on April 11 as Dr. Lynn Rogers replied to my e-mails and reassured me that everything is fine with Lily and Hope and that the collar is OK. I am embarrassed for having posted my concerns for Lily and Hope. In general though I think the collars are cumbersome and look uncomfortable.
