Students for Educational Excellence is a free math and reading tutoring program for children in grades 3rd-5th. Tutoring occurs on Tuesdays and Thursdays immediately after school until 5PM. Tutors are former educators and/or professionals who volunteer their time to help young people improve their reading and math skills. The rooms in the United Methodist Community Outreach Center are provided free of charge by the United Methodist Church as a community service. No religious training takes place during the tutoring sessions.
