Hey i just wanna say that i understand everyone who can not really describe why he /she likes two gallants.. it seems like something mysterious (don't know if this is really a correct english word).. the shows they've played in germany where just incredible, although one of them was really short (just 5 songs)!

hey what you've said sounds familiar.. everything started when i first saw them in berlin in the white trash and asked tyson to sign my cd =) they're just amazing guys!!! so nice and freindly and they show the fands that they really appreciate it when they come to the concerts..

i'm thinking about going there, but the problem is that i m already going to the highfield, melt and immegut festival so there is no more money. although i think, that tg are going to play a very short set because they're not very famous in germany and thats how it goes at festivals... =( but have fun there!!

i live in berlin so hamburg was a bit to far away=) but i love hamburg especially "landungsbrücken"- the habour!! how was the show? was it as short as in berlin?was it presented by rolling stone? do like the tent? i think it was one of the coolest venues i've ever seen.. like from the 19th century!!! Amazing..
I saw them in Berlin, too and I have to agree completely. The tent was very cool, I felt right at home the moment I walked in. Although it wasn't really a tent, more like a blockhouse in the shape of a tent...
Anyway, the guys were great, too bad they could play such a short set only. They were gone as soon as they appeared, I had the impression they only played 10 minutes or so, it went by so fast!!!!

I realy appreciate that so many people answerded my "Forumeintrag" and its seemed like there are more german fans than i've thought.. so i got an idea.. i want to make a german homepage for tg to give something back they've given me with their music.. it should be a place where german fans could talk and change experiences (and pictures...)
i'm not really good when it comes to computers so i'm thankful for every tip..

I have done designs for several websites and have experience with Photoshop and such stuff and I have actually thought about something like that myself, so maybe we can do this "together" although from a distance. (I AM from Germany though!

I just arrived home, getting back from the Hurricane a bit throaty (thanks to the 2Gs mostly) and quite dirty, thanks to almost everything else around there
And I still remember me saying to a friend of mine "Hey, let's go to the Hurricane, the Two Gallants will play there, too:" emphasis is on "too"
But well, what I want to say, for me personally the 2Gs were my favourite group all in all.
Really amazing, such a great show, wow!
I love you, guys You can not believe how happy you make me, when I'm watching you..
And Reike, I stood in the 2nd row, maybe we indeed met eachother . I went there a bit late, but I attended the show from the beginning, although a bit in the back..
I also was quite happy to see a lot of people seeming to know the 2Gs as well, at "Las Cruces Jail" almost the whole audience seemed to know the song..
But I don't know why the organisation of the Hurricane built up this tent. It's way to small, no matter which band I wanted to see in there; always very sticky and the sound of the green stage always in the back.
It's kind of a pity, because probably a lot of people stay away from this tent because of that reasons..or at least can not stand being in there for a whole show without sweating their *** off
But I really enjoyed it
I already can't wait to see them again..
I'm still (or again) addicted to them as it seems but more than happy

Well..I don't really want to call it "similar" but it was interesting as well, the flyer said something like "gypsy punk" they had a accordion and a violin for example, mixed with guitars..in a way they reminded me at "Mano Negra"..
But whatever..

This is what the incredibly cute guy who sold the CDs of TG said to me which was one of my highlights of the hurricane festival and put a smile on my face as we had to survive that horrible night. The wheather last night really made me scared and I was so pissed off that I couldn't see Muse which would definitely have been one of my favourite shows.
Btw the tent was really small but the sound in there was awesome compared to those of the big stages and the fact that less people went into the tent was actually an advantage because you could stay at the entry to get some fresh air and still see the whole stage.

first of all what was this for an incredible fetival everything what have to happen on such an event was happen, great. the hurricane on the hurricane was a fantastic end. i never got such an experience befor. sorry to all hwo had to sleep in a tent, a bus is a realy good festivalhome. we just dance all the time in the rain and cry all the time: "that´s all you can!" i think we made him 
very angry. we were so wet and that was the point where i was thinking hmm i allways want to surf the mud and so i did it, great. ok enough about that.
of course i watched the two gallents great show and it was so fucking hot in the tent but they rocked the audience i was there with some older friends and they didn´t know tg befor and when we went into the tent they said; oh no its to hot we leave! and i answerd; just wait for one song! what should i say the watched all the concert
we still want to build a germanwebsite for them, julia and write them an email now we have to wait what they will answer
ok which all of you the best and don´t be angry with the weather at the hurricane, later you can tell; you were there at the hurricane where the hurricane was!!

Hello to all the german 2g's fans out there. I am a huge fan of the band and am looking forward to there dates in Britain plus maybe the odd date in europe. Anyway hope you don't mind but i am going to Berlin on 30th sept to see another band (i like trains - a really good band from leeds, check out thier web site)Just wanted to know what the Mudd club is like and is there any good (cheap)accomodation nearby.
Just a plug for the gig as well really good band live come and check them out if your in Berlin area.
