You do not put Albon in the water unless they are making a new kind I do not know about. Albon is a liquid or pill that get rid of the parasite itself.
And it is used like a wormer. If that is what you have I would use it as a preventative about once a week for four weeks or so.

For the water as a preventiive you need Sulmit or Corrid or other Sulfer base products.

I start it about 5 weeks old in the water and keep it up about three weeks.

I got some SULFADIMETHOXINE %12.5 oral solution. How much do I put in the water. Or can I pour it on the food when I mix it up. Was wondering the dose.
