Any Virginia dog owner that has a chance to get his rabies shots in North Carolina or in another state should ABSOLUTELY take the time and drive there with his animals.

You need to protect against rabies and by getting shots out-of-state you avoid being included in Virginia's HSUS "gotcha" rabies-licensing-more ordinance restrictions database.
