    Attention Deer Hunters

I saw an earlier post on this subject, but really did not read all of the responses. My cousin is a Game Warden in Brunswick county. He is a life long dog hunter like us,and he attended a meeting not too long ago about the new registering system in North Carolina. He said to make sure you select that option about; whether the deer was killed in front of hounds or not when registering your deer. This is for the benefit of the dog hunters, the more registered killed in front of hounds, the better for us houndsman. Just pass the word around, through out your hunting clubs. Good Luck

ABSOLUTELY RIGHT SCOTT, THAT IS THE REASON THEY ARE ASKING FOR THAT INFO.
    THANKS,

    Re: Re: Attention Deer Hunters

what about the hunting clubs that are considered wildlife agents..... having a book at the club to register deer taken on club land. How are they going to factor that into the equation.

Don't know about that. I will call him and ask him. But if I were you, I would talk them in to calling it in. I know here in eastern N.C. you can kill as many does as you want too, and just get more tags. Register them killed in front of hounds if you catch my drift. I will make that call tonight and let you know something tomorrow.
