I've tried to charge the box up for a week now and it will only charge up to 4. Do I need to replace the battery in the box? Who can I send it to in eastern nc to get it fixed, and get it back fairly quick?

Tommy, Battery barn in Petersburg. $24 and they will make you a set up just like the factory. We just had it done last week.

What kind of battery do I need to ask for? We have a battrey plus here in jacksonville, and can I do it or do I need to take the box to them and let them do it?...

You can do it. Just remove the screws and open it up. The batteries are put together and secured with heat shrink wrap. There is a plug sticking out of the battery pack. Just unplug it and take the pack to them.
