thanks for your reply. i love the magnum collars with two batteries and was wondering hoh much difference the one would make in range. i think i will try one and see this weekend. i have 2 brand new 16000 johnson collars bought in oct. they are ok but the wildlife collars are a lot stronger, just a slower beep. i do like the sealed battery.seems to me the freq. range is wider on the wildlife than the johnsons i have. i have to tune dead on to recieve them and the wl will pick up half way around the dial. thanks aGAIN.......TIM
