If any of the top three HGA hounds are Horn or Chase Registered or Both they will get the following:
Terry Walker and the Hunters Horn will award / 1st - $500 / 2nd - $500 / 3rd - $500
Susan Alewine and the Chase will award / 1st - $800 / 2nd - $500 / 3rd - $200

Entry Fees and Membership Fees must be paid in advance
By November 28th you must mail a check or money order to the Secretary for the number of hounds you wish to run plus membership fee. This amount is NON-REFUNDABLE BUT IS TRANSFERABLE. You are responsible to insure that your check reached the Secretary. These checks will be deposited as they are received; should a check not clear the bank you will lose your spot.
Upon receipt of your check the Secretary will call you at the number indicated with your check to let you know it has been received (Please include contact name and phone number).
If the number of 300 hounds is not reached, it will be advertised on Speeddogs and Masterfox and Facebook to get the word out. This is on a first come first serve basis and everything will be done to ensure 300 hounds are pre-entered, and if available we will accept entries up to the night before the hunt.
MUST BE PREPAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE, PLUS MEMBERSHIP, NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT TRANSFERABLE.

Once pre-entered, all you have to do is show up on December 4th or 5th to DRAW Your Numbers and turn in your entry sheet.
No numbers will be given out prior to 8AM, December 4th
