Everyone needs to attend these meetings and voice your opinions. It’s time to take a solid stand and remove the established leadership stuck in the ways of the past and be more progressive and retroactive to save our sport. Let’s face the facts it’s time for the younger generation to take it over because the laws being written now are going affect us and our children. The established leadership now consist of older white males who are making decisions based on the past. We need leadership that is going to look to the future and be willing to take aggressive actions now before it’s too late. It’s time for the younger generation to step up and let our voices be heard. Hit the state where it will hurt if the DNR is going to take our dog hunting rights away then I say boycott the state of North Carolina and do not buy your hunting licenses. When the state can’t afford to pay DNR officers and fund their programs then they will listen. Dog hunters account for millions in revenue to the state of North Carolina. Cut that money out and then and only then will our voices be heard. STOP PAYING LOBBYISTS!!!!! They are stealing your money and getting rich.
