We have still not reached the limit of 420 Hounds for the 2019 USO. We will continue to accept mailed in entries postmarked by to Saturday, March 23rd. After this it will be a first come, first serve at Poole's starting March 31st at 8 AM until the limit is reached.

A few updates: 25 judges are confirmed to pick this year's USO Champion. Also the High Speed and Drive Hound each day will also win a Garmin TT15 Collar if the hound is registered in the Hunters Horn, thanks to Terry Walker.

Between the dates of February 18th and March 16th you must mail a check to the Secretary for the number of hounds you wish to run plus membership. This amount is NON-REFUNDABLE BUT IS TRANSFERABLE. You are responsible to insure that your check reached the Secretary during this time frame. These checks will be deposited as they are received; should a check not clear the bank you will lose your spot.

Upon receipt of your check the Secretary will call you at the number indicated with your check to let you know it has been received.

If the number of 420 hounds is not reached, it will be advertised on Speeddogs and Masterfox and Facebook to get the word out. This is on a first come first serve basis and everything will be done to ensure 420 hounds are pre-entered, and if available we will accept entries up to the night before the hunt.

MUST BE PREPAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE, PLUS MEMBERSHIP, NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT TRANSFERABLE.
