It is a darn shame that with all the "fox/yote Preseves" in North Carolina, that such a SMALL number are members! Ridiculous!
If you have a Preserve, or run in one, support this organization! They are fighting to keep them open, and have representation at the NC Legislature!
And if you are a "pen owner", 5 acres or 500 acres, and are not a member, you should be ashamed of yourself!
And if you run dogs in one that is not a member, you should "raise hell" with them, & get them to join, or not support them!
NCWRC is working on new regs, doing a study, & you can bet it is not going to help the preserves!
The very folks that are not members, will be the first to whine, cry,& complain when they are being shut down, or severely restricted! It should be an embarassment to have a "preserve/pen", & not be a member!
WAKE UP! Be a part of the solution, not part of the problem!!

PS: Don't think for a minute that what happened in Virginia can't happen in North Carolina!! HSUS & PETA have DEEP POCKETS, & a lot of political connections, & will use all of it to their advantage!
