There is an association in VA that runs 17 1/2 inch hight limit the VFBA. We also have the North Carolina Beagle Foxhound Association here in NC. We also run a 17 1/2 limit. Our next hunt is April 28 at Oakstump in Elizabeth City NC. If your interested in knowing more give me a call 919-922-0243.
