In 2014, ArkSt(d)WC(f,d) Ch. Parker’s Abigail P., owned by Parker/Davis Kennels of Shelbyville, TX and Ruston, LA was recognized as the first ever Grand Slam winner. According to Kelly Parker and Heath Davis, this was one of the most prestigious awards they have ever received. Beginning in 2018, the Masters Corporation will once again revive this award and recognize the “top” hound placing in Masters field trials run under Masters GTP or Masters HGA rules. The Masters Executive Board and Leaderboard committee have selected 15 trials to be tracked and counted in 2018. These 15 trials will be the 7 Masters Corporate trials plus the 8 east/west regional trials listed below. The hound with the highest calculated leaderboard points from these 2018 Masters field trials will be recognized as the “Masters Grand Slam” winner for 2018 and will receive an embroidered jacket for their accomplishment. Note - Should any of the trials listed below elect not to run under Masters GTP or Masters HGA rules, then the Masters Executive Board and Leaderboard committee will consider and decide on a replacement field trial.
