“The Reach,” tracking antenna is here. As mentioned in prior post, actual tracking distance cannot be calculated. Tracking greatly varies with terrain, conditions, and weather. After a lot of testing and adjustments somewhere around double range is achievable. Even if double is not achieved you can be assured your communication and tracking will improve.
After testing many different combinations, styles, and setups in different locations we are offering the best design possible. Each person will not see the same gains, some will see more, some will see less, but all will notice an increase overall.
This antenna utilizes a six inch oversized magnet with a tuned whip to help handle limbs and tough conditions while giving you the best tracking possible. While this is not unbreakable it should handle normal use. This will also work on a hood/fender mount, but is not recommended. With that being said, breakage from tree limbs is not something that will be covered or replaced.
Along with all antennas it is recommended to place this antenna as far from vhf and/or cb radios. The ideal setup would be magnet on dog box for GPS antenna and radio mounted on hood. This is not possible on all applications but you should try to space them apart just like any other GPS Tracking antenna you have used.
This setup will be retailed for $110. This price excludes shipping and/or tax. This is the complete antenna from magnet up.
Some applications can be converted to this setup, some may need a new magnet, some may need a new whip. Contact us for specifics and we can figure out what you may need. Running this setup on any magnet less than 5 inches is NOT recommended.
“The Reach Kit,” uses your magnet and whip and is retailed for $50. (Magnet bigger than 5 inches is strongly recommended)
“The Reach Kit with Whip,” includes the Reach Kit and a new tuned whip. This retails for $80.
If you are looking for just the regular roof mount antenna that is $60, complete with the six inch magnet and tuned whip. SMA male connection end.
Shipping cost will be charged to card when order is shipped and may be a separate charge. For the entire setup, estimated shipping cost is $15-$20 shipping at most. Estimated shipping for the magnet and/or reach kit is around $7-10.

Just an update, as of last night all orders taken prior to today have been filled. On another note everyone I had parts to assemble has been sold and we are taking orders now on backorder and hope to have shipped by Tuesday. They will be filled in the order which they are received. Right now I still have reach kits and whips that can be added to your magnet available Shipping is running around $15. I ship whips in a tube so they are not bent up upon arrival.
