I have a tt10 collar that while using lost signal and would no track the dog. However the tone and shock still works. Deleted out and put it back in and it will only blink once. Shocks and tones but will not track. Plugged sub into clip and into ac outlet and seemed to do the master reset but it still will not track, only blinks once. First time I have had this problem. Anyone have any suggestions or know what to do?
I have seen this a couple times. There is a copper wire running to the little black piece that connects the GPS signal that is broken. Have to send it back to Garmin to be fixed.
