We have had some peace in North Carolina and as a result some of our Hound Owner Protection Groups are way down on Memberships and donations.
SO as a lot of people will start getting some Tax Refunds back please think about setting 50 dollars or so aside and join one of the State Wide Groups
and one of your local group organizations. With those few extra dollars.
Look at our neighbors in Virginia and in South Carolina. All it takes is a few seats to change on a county commission or state house.
