The 2016 Master’s Leaderboard hound and hunter recognition program sponsored by the Hunter’s Horn Magazine, Pride Feeds, Showtime Feeds, Specialty Feeds and Johnson Telemetry is approaching year end and mathematically, none of the top 20 spots for HOY, DOY, SOY and KOY have been decided yet. Although there are some top spots with commanding leads, they can still be overtaken and with multiple trials going on this weekend and next and with the Grade 1 trials of the World Cup and AIRHC approaching in December, numerous hounds and hunters have an opportunity to gain points and ultimately finish in the Top 20.
We have already entered data into the Leaderboard Foxhound Awards program this year from over 180 field trials (derby & AA) and what an exciting year. Thank you to all of the directors and secretaries who have submitted their relative trial information. The hunters and hounds appreciate your time.
As always, the Leaderboard committee will be tabulating and finalizing the top spots for HOY, SOY, DOY and KOY and will announce the final standing at the annual awards banquet to be held, Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at the Master’s Field trial, in Enon, LA.
