I healed one on a dog's paw recently putting blue wound spray on it every day, letting it dry, then putting Nu-Stock on top of that. It did take quite awhile to heal, and the hair is just now starting to grow back.
I'm not sure what Lick Granuloma is but I have had sores that wouldn't heal with vet medicine that Vetricyn from Tractor Supply did heal. Also Wonder Dust has worked.
