Charge it

I tried to charge it but the red light doesn't come on, likes its no power. thanks for reply.

I have a collar doing the same thing was wondering what you found out thanks.

Try "scraping" the second contact from the left, they will corrode, and try it. The red light should come on, & then it will charge.
I have to do that to several of mine, from time to time.

Had a TT10 that did the same thing tryed everything had to send back to garmin.Was not under warranty 80 some dollars they sent another collar.The circuit board looks like it came out of a cracker jack box.
