To make a Champion you have to win a 3 day Nationals, Masters or Asha hunts. Some Master hunts run a 8 and 7 hour hunt that they allow a champion with the hound running 15 hours.
Hga is based on 4 categories hunting tailing speed and drive and endurance. The winner in each category gets 100 hga points and it is reduced down by 10 all the way to 10th getting 10 points at the end it's added up and the hound with the highest hga points wins.
