We lost one of the best dog men in Virginia today. Bill Nurney passed away this afternoon. I was fortunate enough to be with him on his first outside fox race and catch. I know he is in a place where he is not in pain anymore. I hope the good Lord likes a good fox race. I hope to be able to join him there when my time comes. Please keep his family in your prayers.
I got to spend a good bit of time with Mr. Bill. He was a good friend and I enjoyed talking with him always. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear the sad news. I always enjoyed seeing him. He was always helpful, humble and encouraging to all other hunters. He will be greatly missed.
