    Heads up: Deer Farming In NC

    Senate Bill 513, will transfer deer farming from the NCWRC to the NCDA & CS, which may seem appropriate. However, this is not just for exotics but also whitetail deer, our native species.

    This bill has passed the Senate and the first reading in the House. If you think this is bad contact your NC Rep..

    Roll out the welcome mat to Chronic Wasting Disease, it this happens. No live test for CWD, so there is no way to really tell if a "farm" is CWD free.
