Shorty, I had this happen a while back. You may have to have some of the teeth pulled. Have the rest of them cleaned and the antibotic that the vet told me to use for that was 10cc of albon for 10 days. It worked for my dog.
We had this happen to one of my litters.female got bred accidential to close ( her dad) and the pups gums rotted and had to have most of their teeth pulled. A horrible smell & I think all the pups had to be down. Your maynot be the same but just wanted to share this with you.
