Good Question Kevin. Along with what Allan said, Ramadan presenting these bills is politics as usual. The special interest group(ie people pushing the agenda with the money) select a delegate with basically nothing to lose. His bills will affect other areas of the state but not his constituency. Thus it is a safe move for him. Same reason Marsden presented the fox pen bill and is the favored Senator of HSUS. Follow the money. Good question.

I am certain Allan Bishop will be posting a thorough review of the event, but briefly, both bills were defeated. All of the calls and emails from hound hunters had a huge impact. Thank you all for the support!
