Does anybody have any experience with Vortex rifle scopes? Of course I'm on a budget so the one I'm looking at is the Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40 model.
Pros? Cons?
I think it's listed as $140 to $150.
I know there are scopes that are way more expensive, but I've read good reviews about Vortex scopes.
I have had a vortex viper on a browning BAR .308 for two years
I did a lot of research before I bought it and am very pleased with it..
I dog hunt with this gun and have never had an issue with it. High quality glass and
very reliable. Impressed with response in adjustment when I sighted it in
originally. Haven't had to adjust since. I would buy another one in a heartbeat
