Have a tt10 collar that when turned on will tone and shock but, no tracking info shows up on handheld. No distance or anything and collar just blinking once like the connection is lost but it still shocks and tones. Tried deleting and adding but same thing happens. It will tone and shock but not track. Any ideas.

Now it will do nothing. Will not charge. Could this be the battery
