The number book for the NCWPA Two Pen Challenge will open tonight at 7:00 PM. These numbers will be good for the August 23rd Derby and All Age HGA hunt at Walnut Creek Fox Preserve in Goldsboro (1st hunt). At the first hunt you will be able to sign-up for the SAME numbers for the second hunt at Tar River Fox Pen in Creedmoor on Sept. 13th. The hounds with the highest COMBINED HGA points at both hunts will win 1000 lbs. of dog food in both the Derby and the All Age. The hound with the second highest COMBINED total in each class will win 250 lbs. of food. That combined with the 1000 lbs. of food to be given away at each hunt to category winners totals 4,500 lbs. of free dog food to be awarded. Oh Yeah, there will also be a full set of trophies to be awarded at each hunt!! Not bad for a hunt that uses the money raised to pay the lobbyists to help us keep the pens open for everyone to enjoy!!!
