Tractor supply sells a eye solution called vetracyllan. Spelling might be off but has worked good for me.

I had an old dog that both eyes clouded up and she was blind, vet gave me some med. to put in them and they cleared up and she got her sight back.

I just went through the same issue with one of our dogs. Vet said he had scratched his eye. Said the infection would eat away the cornia and could cause the dog to go blind. Gave me "altropine sulfate ophthalmic oitment" and "ciprafloxacin ophthalmic solution". It cleared his eye up in about 2 weeks. Hope this helps.
