Anyone purporting to have for Sale or at Stud, Hounds which are represented as “E. Finney Clay” Hounds, which are IFSB-Chase Registered Running Walker Bobcat Hounds, have acquired these Hounds through Illegal methods and have failed to return these Hounds to the Clay Family after proper Legal Notice. There is now the potential of litigation against these individuals.
Possession of any of these Hounds could result in legal action being taken against that person, even if the Hound was acquired innocently!
No Registration Papers, Litter enrollments, or Transfers will be Legally Issued by The Chase on these Hounds!
These Hounds will be Red with white markings, Red and white spotted, and Lemon and white. The Adults will be tattooed in either ear with “Clay” or “Glen”.
