Tal-Star 1 or 1 1/2 oz to gallon of water, cost 30 dollars for 16 oz bottle at Southern States. It does say not to spray on dog, but I do know people that have and it has not hurt them. I do spray my lots with dogs still in there and have done it for the past several years and has not hurt them. You can also order it on line. Hope it helps.
