Check the dog's stomach see if it is tight like a cramp or over ate . The dog could have jumped out of a ditch or over one after drinking water and caused its stomach to flip or invert. Twisted stomach is caused by extra fluid in there stomach and when running make a jump over something the stomach flips. If so get the dog to a vet nothing will save it but surgery to revert the stomach back, also that hound will be retired, if it's a good hound 500 bucks to save it. Or it's one of the above. Get dyne in its system with pedialite Gatorade etc. Keep it cool and good luck
