Marc- and you are oh so right - it only takes a few bad ones to spoil it for everyone. Hunters MUST start policing their own. ANY hound, after running for three or four days is going to look ROUGH and that is why its important for houndsmen to become aquainted with their local animal control officers, etc. Until we EDUCATED here in Spotsylvania, most a large percentage of AC officers had no idea just what toll few days running can have on an animal, nor did many understand you can't "stop" hound who has the desire to run.
