It's not just land that as been let go. All their land is supposed to come up for bid on a three year cycle. This is the 2nd year of that cycle. After the cycle is over they claim that the bidding process will go away,... that remains to be seen. Two of the clubs I'm in, have been leased by us for many years and are still up for bid this year. The third club I belong to was up for bid last year. You have to place a bid in order to keep the land. But you still have the possibility that someone will try to outbid you.
