3 dollar can of equate brand athletes foot spray apply once a day till gone. I know it sounds crazy but my vet suggested it and it WORKED on mine I know it sounds crazy but it worked for mine I had 2 with same problem and it cleared them up in a week. IF it is a fungus type deal now a germ might be a little different but I am guessing it is some sort of fungus it is a cheap try to see if it works.
