U will need to get some good dye. Get the revlon type dye i believe aint 100% sure.. The color will be blue black. Its comes in a brown box with a chinese lady on front, only $3 a box. Mix products, shake it and let bottle sit maybe 30 minutes. Then dye your number the exact same way you would paint your dog. Put dye on stencil and stencil to dog then take the rest of your dye and fill the number in good then let it sit on the dog for 30 minutes. This should help. Dont be scared of the blue black color dye. Its the best i have ever used and it will make em jet black. Hope this help.
