Great day Saturday. Weather cooperated and everyone seemed to be feeling good. Kids played a lot and 122
hounds were eager to get started when we cast at 5:55am..
I want to thank all the judges that made it happen and they were: Master Bill Holden, Asst. Master Tommy
Carter , Brandon Strickland, Cecil Lee, Bubba Willlis, Tommy Murray, Chance Evans, Joel Blackmon, Duck
Brick, and Wesley Holloman. I thank each and every one of you and I really appreciate the job you do.
Our Bench show was judged by Johnny Shaw and Brandon Strickland served as his ring master. Thank you both
for doing a fine job. Brandon also came in at 3:30am to help me with breakfast before he took his position as
Judge and he stayed after the hunt to help me clean up and feed the game. Brandon you don’t know how much
I appreciate you. I also want to thank Terrie Holden for helping Hilda take entries and for doing the computer
Scoring and doing a great job. Thank you Terrie.. My wife as always helps me with anything I need help with.
I could not have these hunts without her. Thanks, Hilda.
Lisa McShane will be busy at her job for the rest of the summer. We will miss her helping us and hope that
she has a great summer. Thank you Summer Prevatte for selling 50/50 tickets for us . Half is given to a
winner drawn and the other half is set aside for a family who has a child with medical problems. We need for
anyone who knows of a family with a sick child with medical needs to let us know so maybe we could help
with the funds from this 50/50 drawing. Everyone has been very supportive of this and our winner for the
drawing
This hunt s 50/50 winner was Knock Out Knls,, Justin Ward ($160.00 and he was so kind as to donate his
winnings back to help a family with a sick child. Thank you Justin.
I don’t want to forget our feed companies and the support they give for our hunts: Mike Carr with Pride,Randy
