Will count for the 2022 Leaderboard and Masters Side by Side Drawing

Entry Fee $75.00 per Hound Membership Fee $20.00
Dog Feed and Awards will be presented to the top ten winners in the field and on the bench
(10 Male, 10 Female, BIS, BOS) (10 GTP, Combination, Best Mouth, Classiest Hound)
Coolers awarded to the top ten GTP winners
Ronnie Norris and the Masters donating coolers for top hound each day
If all top three hounds are Horn Registered, Terry Walker and the Hunters Horn will give the following:
1st - $500 / 2nd - $300 / 3rd - $200
If all top three hounds are Chase Registered, Susan Alewine and the Chase will give the following:
1st - $800 / 2nd - $500 / 3rd - $200
*** Owners must provide registration numbers on their entry sheets when entering their hounds ***
Get your hounds dual registered before the start of the field trial to ensure top three winners get the cash
Entries on Thursday, April 28th from 4:00 P.M to 8 P.M.
Bench Show following first days running on Friday, April 29th at 6:00 P.M.
There will be a limit of 200 hounds for this event
To give each person a chance to parti****te, we are using the following process:
Starting March 17th at 6:00 PM and ending March 24th at 10:00 PM, anyone wishing to run hounds should call association secretary Jeff Brinchek at 919-284-1135 to get their name on a parti****nt list
The only number that can be used the first night of March 17th will be 919-284-1135 !!!!!!!!!
Once this period is over, the number of parti****nts will be divided into the 200 hound limit and each parti****nt will be called back in the order they got on the list. Each parti****nt will be offered an amount of entries and will get their numbers for those entries at this time.
Once a person receives their numbers, they have seven days to get their money to the secretary for their entries and membership. If the money is not received in the allotted time, the entries and hound numbers will be offered to another person in a fair and consistent manner.
This leaves one thing for the members to do on Thursday, April 28th when they arrive, Provide an entry sheet with their hounds info and assigned number plus Horn and Chase registration numbers
