C&M will start giving out numbers on Thursday night Oct 31st from 7:30-9:30pm and from 7:30 till 9:30 each night thereafter. Note this is a date change from the ad in The Hunters Horn. Call Lonnie Ward 910-234-0669 to reserve. Only one single digit and one two digit number with a one in it will be given out per kennel as long as they last. Entry fee will be $100.00 per entry with $30.00 of each entry due no later than Thursday, Nov. 14th at 7:30pm. The deposit money is not refundable. Deposit money can be mailed to Lonnie Ward, 460 Ward Rd., Tabor City,N.C. 28463.
Entries will be limited to 150. Five numbers can be reserved and if we have more available you can call after 7:30 on November 14th for the extra numbers. The deposit deadline for the extra numbers will be by 7:30pm on Nov. 26th.
Kennels will be assigned at time of entry and you will be allowed to kennel your hounds at home if you wish to do so. Hounds can be entered from 5:00pm-7:00pm on Dec, 4th and 4:30am-6:00am on Dec. 5th.
Camper space available @$15.00 per night.
There will be an appreciation supper at 6:00pm right after the bench show on Dec. 5th.
P.S. : The awards will be similar to last years feed and silver. Also each day the high speed hound will receive a TT15 Garmin Collar.
