Giving out #'s
• #'s for the series will be giving out starting at 5:00 pm on 11/30 thru 12/14 by John Bandy 252-567-0200
• After the 14th Each hunt will give out any additional numbers
• Embro will give out numbers for the 2 class HGA hunt
Point Series
• Each club will add $1 to the entry fee to fund the Point Series payout.
• Top 30 dogs will earn points from the 11 hunts
• Top 15 S&D in each class from Embro and sorted by points to get 1st – 30th
• Forks hunt will be the last hunt for the Points Series.
• Point Series will pay out the top 5 and will be awarded at the Championship Hunt
Championship Hunt
• Gatlin will host this year's Championship Hunt
• Top 30 dogs used in the Point Series qualify for the Championship Hunt
• #'s for the Championship Hunt will be given out at a later date.
• Championship hunt WILL NOT count in the Point Series.
• Championship hunt entry fee will be $30 where $10 per entry will pay to the top 5 dogs.
Payout for Point Series and Championship Hunt
o 1st place - 30%
o 2nd place - 25%
o 3rd place - 20%
o 4th place - 15%
o 5th place - 10%

Park Town, Embro and Fork Are in Warren County
Gatlin is in Edgecombe County
John bandy has the book open til Dec 14 after the 14th,You will have to call each hunt to get numbers "IF" you have not gotten numbers from john for the point series. Embro hunt you will have to call them for numbers because it is a 2 class HGA hunt which counts towards the points . [[8-)]
This is the last week you can make 1 phone call to get numbers for all the hunts. Starting on Monday 12/15 you will need to contact each club. We will publish contact names and numbers for each club soon.
Club Members will NOT enter dogs in their hunt(s). If qualified the Championship Hunt will have members entering dogs and we will have judges from other clubs judging.
