Everyone needs to call and get some numbers. Hunt goes to help protect your rights to hunt. It will also be a good way to test hounds for upcoming 3-day hunt at this facility in the near future. This is one of the best pens on the East Coast and will put your hounds to a test. There will be plenty of qualified judges with a great MOH, Mr. Ray Casteen. Another thing we are implementing is judges scores posted on top 20 hounds like is done at a lot of the big Master's hunts. Should be a great time with TOP NOTCH RUNNING! Here is more:


North Carolina COncerned Association Hunt - September 20th, 2014

The North Carolina Concerned Sportsman Association (NCCSA) will hold it's fall hunt on Saturday September 20, 2014 at Old 74 Fox Preserve in Hallsboro, NC. The following is a break down of the hunt:


* 2 class speed and drive
* 20 places each class
* #'s 300-899 will be All Age Numbers - all others will be derby
* Master Of Hounds - Ray Casteen
* Scoring / Computing of scores will be done using the Masters' program and times will be broken on every minute
* All scores, including judges, will be posted after the hunt
* Hounds run for 5 hours
* Cast at daylight - Approximately 6:30
* $30 entry fee
* Complimentary Sausage breakfast will be served
* Chicken bog will be available for lunch
* Hats /T-shirts / 50-50 / raffle tickets etc available
* Child Handling Class after the hunt judged by David Dutch

*** This hunt will count for Test of the Best points with The Chase
