Rams Horn Hunting Club First Annual Hunt at Oakland: Book Opens Tom.(Feb.18th)
-Rams Horn Hunting Club will be having its first annual field trial at Oakland Fox Preserve on March 26, 2011.
-This will be a One Class Speed and Drive Hunt, with trophies going to 1st thru 20th place and a bag of dog food for 21st thru 25th. We will also be giving out a best mouth and classiest hound.
-No club members nor their kennel partners will be allowed to run in the hunt.
-You can start signing in hounds at 3:00 am with cast time being at 5:00 am. And running for 5 hours.
-We will serve free breakfast. There will be BBQ Chicken plates with 2 sides, dessert and a drink for $6 for lunch. We will also have plenty of raffles.
-Results and pictures will be put in the Chase.
-It will be $26 a dog. Call Jeffrey at 252 531 2927 starting at 5:00 p.m. on February 18th to get numbers. Leave message if no answer.
