I ran 3 six dog teams on the 8 mile yesterday - trails are hard and fast, but my sharp hooks held well. Lots of debris on the trails. Lots moose tracks, particularly the 2 and 4 mile (4 mile hill real bad). Trees partially blocking trail inbound on 6 just after the turn and inbound on the 4 just before turn to Beach Lake. My brake worked better when free of the debris.
Ran the 14 Tuesday. Snow on Clunie is just a memory, and the hole on the inbound 10 through the swamp is opening up. The dogs and sled jump it ok, but it might be a challenge for a quad. Otherwise all is runnable.
Ran the 12 mile to Alan & Tom's new trail to the ridge trail down to Beach Lake up to the 16 over Stan's new bridges and back to the staging area. It makes a nice loop. Without the 3 mile and turning left when the 4 joins the 2, my GPS measured 12 1/2 miles.
