Hi, guys!!!!
It is a long time since I haven’t posted here, but in the last few months I was very busy with preparing my Diploma thesis. It really took me a lot of time – almost all of my free time… Together with it i also had to go at work in the TV… I almost didn’t have time to sleep well. I’m really sorry I wasn’t posting anything here.
So, FINALLY I did it and FINALLY I got my Masters degree in mathematics!!!
I’m really happy that I did it because in the last 3 years I was trying to find time and finish with this... So, everything went fine at the defense, they’ve even put me an excellent mark...
Guys, I have some very interesting news about our BATI from a very close source of information!!!! I have to tell you a story, which happened to me few days ago. So, here it is...
In a famous Bulgarian sports magazine I’ve read a story about a bulgarian guy who was the personal fitness instructor of our BATI in Doha!!!!! This guy was a bulgarian!!! Sure, this has surprised and even shocked me a lot!!! A bulgarian guy was the personal fitness instructor of our BATI! I couldn’t believe it really...
You know I’m working at a sports TV – I know a lot of people due to my work. Immediately I
began to search for some person working at that magazine who can give me the mobile number of BATI’s fitness instructor. Of course, I’ve found it (nothing can stop me as you know) and I called that guy. 2 days later we were drinking coffee together and after that I brought him to our TV for an interview.
So, this guy called Preslav Prodanov was the personal fitness instructor of BATI in Doha more than 1 year. He is 33 years old, very nice, extremely kind and ordinary person. He is working in Qatar almost 5 years and he was back in Bulgaria for 2 months. He has told me a lot of stories with BATI and also with Josep Guardiola who is also a very close friend of him. Three of them were going to play tennis and golf very often in Doha, as well as were dining together many times, they have visited some discos also.
He told me that BATI is much disciplined, he was doing everything he was telling him, never was late to training and trained 3 times per day.
Preslav also told me that the main reason of BATI’s retiring was his ankle injuries. BATI’s ankles were in a very bad condition, he really wanted to play one more season in Doha but the ankles’ injuries didn’t allow him to play anymore at 100% and he had to say "stop".
He also told me that they were always laughing while training, BATI has a great sense of humour and always was telling some jokes. He also told me that BATI was feeling sooooo happy in Doha with his family. BATI had an idea to go in Australia and live there with his family for 2 years and in this period to decide what he wants to do in the future. Preslav told me that BATI still doesn’t know what exactly he wants to do in the future.
Preslav also told me that BATI has a proposal from Al Arabi club to be a manager there and there is a possibility for him to be back in Doha but still nothing sure. Preslav is going back in Doha this week and he promised me that he will let me know if there is any news about BATI.
Here is the picture of me and Preslav in our TV with his t-shirt signed specially for him by our BATI...
Have you noticed what a new "special" t-shirt I have?

One friend of mine has made it specially for me. Here it is...
I really like this shirt so much...
Preslav has sent me some of his pics with BATI while training in Doha. Unfortunately the quality of the pics is very bad but at least we haven’t seen them until now... So, here they are...
FORZA GABRIEL BATISTUTA!!!
