Helena, if the picture is already on the internet you need to right click your mouse on it, then click "properties". You will see some information about the pictue including the address/URL. Copy this address and bring it to the forum. Above the message box Where you post your message it says bb code in blue. Click on this and 7th down you will see the code to put infront of and after the address.
If your picture is in your computer you need to upload it first. To do this you will need to go to an image hosting site. I use photobucket, but there are many different ones, just put image hosting into google and you will find plenty. Once you've uploaded it then follow the same procedure above to post it.
