We took Phil's tour last week (June 28, 2006) and had a phantastic tour of Ocho Rios with friendly, philanthropic Phil. We enjoyed all the sights, sounds, tastes and actions of the real Jamaica, from a great Jamaican ambassador, phenomenal Phil. Dunn's River Falls were spectacular, the tubing on White River - awesome, and the rest of our scenic tour - enlightening and entertaining, thanks to Jamaica's best kept secret: Phil!!
