I was on the cruisecritic.com board when I first found out about Phil. Phil's name was all over the place. I was pretty set on booking a tour with him and did just that. On our tour, we had the most amazing time with Phil. Phil is hilarious and very knowledgeable. He will make sure you have a great time. You won't find a better tour guide.
